To clarify... I'm microdosing with AM tincture + lion's mane + niacin. The whole set is 4 days on, 3 days off to prevent build-up of tolerance. (This is based on the Paul Staments microdosing protocol for use with psilos. He combines niacin + lion's mane + psilos.)

Hello KCRay, you'll have to proceed with caution. Benzos are involved with GABA activity in the nervous system. And AM works on the GABA pathway, also.
