Hey! I'm currently weaning myself off zoplicone (a type of short acting benzo) been on it for about 10 weeks now and on the lowest dose for sleep. 3.75mg which I'm tapering every day by scraping the pill against sandpaper. Weird method I know. I've manages to get hold of some amanita muscaria water ...
