Re: Mixing Amanitas With Other Drugs

I have less tolerance for beer since using Am tincture. Noticed the same with teas when started experimenting with this mushroom years ago. Don´t know if this is due to beer being a carbonated drink as also have noticed some interaction with saccharomyces cerevisae used in pizza. Maybe there´s fungi...

I am very drawn to the tincture idea. I assume you use very fresh am as you would for any tincture, or can you use dried?
I would use heat craker dried and curated caps, although in Russia they are used fresh macerated in vodka for external use.

Mannitol effects

Some of A.muscaria reported effects in higher doses are similar to some side effects of mannitol, an alcohol sugar present in A. muscaria´s tissues. These are some of the side effects of Osmitrol a brand name for mannitol. Low blood pressure (hypotension),convulsions, chills, dizziness, thirst, naus...

Only got up one time both nights after taking the muscaria. Any recommendation for what size piece dried muscaria I ne...

Re: Amanita muscaria truth drug?

That s great. Very interesting. So would you say it makes you more corageous? Have noticed that I tend to operate in a "no filter" mode those days while microdosing. Don´t need to use much to experience it. Also, tend to get more "passionate" when I talk about certain topics..., Amanita muscaria one...

Amanita muscaria truth drug?

Under the influence of this mushroom, according to some early reports of it´s use in Siberia, the subject would react in many certain ways. One of those tipical reactions could be that he would start telling his "sins" aloud in front of others, or start making confessions or telling secrets. So, thi...

I have the impression that A. muscaria has been introduced in South America with nursery stock from the northern hemisphere. If so, has been there only a couple generations at most, and probably not at all yet in areas with strong surviving indigenous culture.
Agree on that one... :geek:

Re: Amanita muscaria propagating towards the Southern Hemisphere

So it would seem. If they met, it must have been awkward, because he really hated Mexicans. Another explanation might be that, here on "Amanita Research Forum", we can converse with people in not-quite-parallel universes. Where you are, is there armed conflict in Ukraine, Syria, Yemen? The Apache B...

Re: Amanita muscaria propagating towards the Southern Hemisphere

So we are talking about different spanish language speaking Bedonke (or Bedonkohe) Apache chiefs then, who happened to have the same name (real or not)? The Bedonke Apache man, named Gerónimo, I was referring to here was more mexican than salsa verde, he was baptized and his mother´s name was Juana....

Re: Amanita muscaria propagating towards the Southern Hemisphere

As far as I know, Gerónimo and his parents were born in Arizpe, now estado de Sonora, México; founded by jesuit Jerónimo del Canal, and the reason why many bendokes received that name. The first record of the Apache is from Taos 1702. In 1720 an Apache embassy was sent there to ask for permission to...
