Amanita - can it help benzodiazepine damage?
Guys, I am looking for something to help with long term problems I’m having after stopping benzodiazepines/z-drugs I was prescribed for insomnia. I’ve been off them for years but I’m left with really debilitating anxiety (which I never had before taking and quitting them) and terrible muscle spasms....
