Not in the OR area, but, I found www.amanitapro.com that ships from the USA. What I see is that the product is wild harvested somewhere in East Europe. However, as a newbie, I am not sure what product would be best to start with. I am thinking something that will be mild.

As a newbie, which is the better way to start. Capsules, Powder or Caps?

Is one way preferred over the others?
