Thank you for the report, I've had similar experience with breath, I think the mushroom helps us developing good breathing technique. Another thing I want to comment on, is your "looping" thoughts, this is quite common with this mushroom, and in my opinion, its important to learn how to handle that....

Very little knowledge in chemistry here,
but I know that the chemicals are water soluble,
and the equipment seems to be good for it,
though you can just boil it in water for that matter, no need for fancy solvents and equipment for that.

Hey cxskate. People use dehydrator in order to keep the mushroom for long term, as the mushroom will go bad very quick unless you dehydrate it. You can boil it raw.
