I know that they vary, but I just wanted to say I had some from Lithuania and some from Croatia and the effect was quite different!! The Lithuanian ones were quite activating and then I felt calm an hour or so later. The Croatian ones I feel quite floaty and take them at bedtime to fall asleep reall...

I'm also curious! There are European protocols which are 3 weeks but they increase the amount daily and then 7-10 day break and it is resumed. Wondering what the difference is.

Just curious when people have noticed some results - from the videos I see it is repairing the brain- so I know it's not going to be instant, but maybe 6 mo a year? I know it is individual but still, I'd love to get an idea of anyone's results thus far? THanks

thanks appreciate it- it's just for anxiety i got of benzos years ago. i just don't know about the heavy feeling in the head and slightly bad mood - i do feel it is doing something and my super tight jaw relaxes- so i guess it is the right point in that sense. many thanks
