Hello! I am having some troubles, if I take a microdose on the evening before sleep, even the smallest possible dose I get side effects when I wake up. The day after I feel emotionally dull, zombie, memory issues, severe anxiety and depressed. It's like someone is suffocating me, I even had a nightm...

Not with psilocybe but I took 2 days after microdosing LSD just to wind down and ground myself. It worked very well ! Never tryed them together, but like you sad, microdosing psychedelic and then microdosing AM another day was not an issue for me. When I was sleeping it was like they worked together...

I am also curious about this one, for me it seems I can't take the microdose too often cause then I will feel blunted and emotionally shut down.
