@Mcpato maybe you just cant see it under the juice??? And i think it will be growing slower then ones with air...
Mine grew up only a week or a months later...

Idk the first time i ate the smaller piece with lemon everithing was ok tho... Did you start eating the whole batch from the start? Or worked your way up? On the ambrosia forum i remember reading one dude who said that eating alot of it raw will sent you running to the toilet... Or maybe im growing ...

You cant see it on the pic coz the quality is very bad((( but the fleece layers are thin, there is still some empty space for the fleece to grow and i think if i would try to remove it from the pot now it would brake in to small pieces( so ill prob wait untill it starts to turn black like urs did) t...

Yeah it was generating pressure and i was opening it occasionally to let that carbon? or whatever it was get out...

Believe it or not but i already did the oxygen-less environment grow!!! :D I did it by accident) it happened a year ago and i didnt take any pics((( I picked up some mushrooms that where not as good as i like em) old and with a bit of bite marks from insects and worms, so i low heat boiled em for 10...
