it is very variant from batch to batch and person to person. But to increase the dose to recreational levels will involve just consuming more but be careful dont consume to much. For many people there seems to be a fine line between recreation and hell

It sounds like you are getting to much ibotenic acid. Ibotenic acid in too high amounts amoung other things can cause what you are describing. Be careful to prep in a way that gives you the max decarb possible
