Re: A recreational use of A. muscaria. tincture

This is awesome! I also find that I prefer tinctures to tea. Thank you for sharing your experience!

Re: Smoking amanitas

Marv I agree with that. The nightshades tend to be very wise and powerful teachers and guides. For me, resin smoked alone is very intense and if I did not have so much faith in the mushrooms it would probably be very scary. Some of the strongest Amanita convulsions (though they didn't last as long ...

Re: My First Time. Help!

I think I got a little buzz while processing them. I felt quite good when I was done handling them, Very euphoric and stress free. I think it might have been from me having to snap some of them in half to fit in my jars. This ever happened to anyone or am I just dreaming? Thank you guys for the res...

Re: Need Information and Help!

Rebis CBD is cannabidiol, one of the many cannabinoids found in Cannabis Sativa var. Sativa, Indica, and Ruderalis. It has a modulating effect on the human cannabinoid system and helps by stimulating that system (which is sometimes called the rest, digest, and repair system). It can also boost mood...

Re: Dehumidifier instead of dehydrator

@Aquavitae Thank you! That is a serious machine, makes mine look like a toy. I'll see if the little one I have will work if confined to a smaller space, but am definitely thinking about going bigger on the one I have anyway.

Re: Dehumidifier instead of dehydrator

@Aquavitae Those are some beautiful caps! What type of dehumidifier do you use? I have a small one and am wondering if I need to get something bigger.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and knowledge!

Re: A.Muscaria Guessowii, Muscimol levels.

If you can, try to weigh your mushrooms out. I also like to chop up my batches and mix thenm up before weighing doses so that the levels are more constant. I've noticed that fall fruitings are generally (not always) much less potent than spring fruitings (which for me are harder to find anyway). For...

Re: Smoking amanitas

Marv That is interesting! Did you dry it out and powder it? Have you tried smoking it on its own like kif/hashish or resin? I'm also interested to hear what the mushroom told you about water extractions! Was it all water extraction methods? Or just some? Personally I feel the mushroom doesn't like ...

Re: A.Muscaria Guessowii, Muscimol levels.

Hello! While I do not have any information on the constituent levels of that subspecies (keep in mind that constituents are often quite varied from year to year and mushroom to mushroom even within a single genetic group), I do have experience with using them. Depending on your baseline level of hea...

@Aquavitae I have seen squirrels do this with boletes. That is a good idea! Thank you! :D
