gud moing from not so bad toelz - i will keep this english, although my excitement to find out about how far or deep you're pushing ideas on working with the fleece could be described only in original deep southern bavarian accent. my apologies for replying so late, i had almost forgotten about this...

hi - i'm growing the living bread on cooked barley spread thinly (maybe three grains in thickness) on a sieve and then put the sieve into a bigger bowl to have excess water run off, covered with a plat. within 36 hours i have a nicely covered barley i then dry in the oven below 50 degrees celcius. i...
