Made Amanita Tea for the first time
Made Amanita Tea for the first time
I got the dried mushrooms from Washington State by mail. They were very crispy when they arrived like they should be. I boiled 15 grams with one cup of water and then added some lemon and ginger to a simmer for 30 minutes. After the mushrooms turned blonde in the pot I added a small amount of rum to the tea (as I was told that adding alcohol can help preserve it). I am plan on microdosing by taking 1/8 teaspoon in some tea on an empty stomach to start to see how my body reacts to it. I will wait till about 7 pm or 8 pm to try it. Would be interested in your thoughts on making it this way. Thanks

I am going to do this pretty soon! Let me know how it goes
I'm from Australia and picked them from a pine tree park near my house and drying them myself, dunno if that will make a difference.

I had a good experience with making the tea. I noticed that if I took an 1/8 to a 1/4 tsp before bed I slept well and had lucid dreaming. If I took during the day, I noticed a spring in my step, energy, feelings of bliss. I have had friends tell me they noticed a difference in me too. They stated that since I have been taking the amanita muscaria tea I have been more open, cheery, and light in my mood and demeanor. I have also been more of a conversationalist too.ashmariegarner wrote: ↑Fri May 01, 2020 9:03 amI am going to do this pretty soon! Let me know how it goes
