You had choices:
Assume I authored it and he stole from me. (it was not theft and it is Mark's work.)
Assume I was involved, know Mark and there's a reason.
Assume I know Mark and this is a mistake.
Assume I was in that group and stole it with the intention of making people think it is mine.

There are 4 forms of abuse here.
Assuming someone's intention without asking.
Assuming someone's intention as negative.
Pointing out something that could have explanation in a shaming and accusatory way.

This is the proper way to address your concern:
Go to the person whom you feel has been slighted and show them. Allow THEM to take it up with the person in question. What you have done is called triangulation. If you MUST police the internet for others then this is how you should approach it...
You message the person and ask them if the missing credit is an error.
