Haven't seen any AM around here yet this year. I know the time is coming, but just curious if anyone around the Puget Sound area or the Washington coast has been finding AM yet this fall.
Thanks!

Yes, I have been finding them lately. They seem to like growing around small lakes and near fir and birch trees.
Are you in this area?

Found my first here in Alabama on the 13th. I am assuming that while you are finding around oaks that there must be conifers/pines around? I found one under a gum tree but a pine within 30 ft.
