Do that ring move along the stem? It looks like Macrolepiota procera parasol mushroom

Also does the parasol mushroom have a bulbous base? I know you cant see it in the pics but this one definitely did it was just mostly under the dirt and I didn't want to dig it up with my bare hands.

Could also be Chlorophyllum molybdites but I agree it is likely Lepiota

Nope. Pretty certain that is a Shaggy Parasol. They're quite common around here in western WA state. I typically find them growing out of discarded lawn trimmings and/or piles of leaves.
