Powdered encapsulated AM for microdose

I have an order of AM caps coming. I want to make a powder and encapsulate it in 00 gel capsules. The AM caps have been dehydrated @ 100° F. Should I further decarbolize them @ 160° F in the oven? A 00 gel caps fill with powder is about .25 of a gram. Would that seem to be an appropriate amount for a microdose?

You need to study this further. Read more. Drying as decarboxylation method is ended when the mushroom is dry, as I understand it. Further heat will probably just destroy the components. .25g can be a good microdose. Or not. It varies depending on person and batch of mushrooms. You need to find your own dose.
