I am using a tea which is probably 30% decarbed. I get nausea and I get bloated. I have stomach problems already (inflammation of small intestine) so probably that is why.
Has anybody else had similar experience?
Is it possible that decarbing further 30% with lemon would make a difference or is it the same wether it's muscimol or ibotenic acid?

Re: Ibotenic vs muscimol stomach upset
The only time I had serious nausea was when I ATE the cooked AM in my meat stew.
It appears, my body does not like cooked mushroom, because eating the dry caps is no issue at all not drinking the tea, without the lemon. Another way to consume it would be the "soma" with the yoghurt...
Can you eat yoghurt, or is the fermented stuff giving you trouble too?
I cannot recommend anything, that is my experience only, every body is different.
Hope you find a solution that works for you.
