Taking it for sleep alongside benzo

Hey!
I'm currently weaning myself off zoplicone (a type of short acting benzo) been on it for about 10 weeks now and on the lowest dose for sleep. 3.75mg which I'm tapering every day by scraping the pill against sandpaper. Weird method I know.
I've manages to get hold of some amanita muscaria water based extract that has been made to completely get rid of the iso so is pure muscimol.
So I wondering how to take this for sleep?
When my zoplicone dose gets really small and I need to help with sleep do I take it alongside that?
My biggest worry is not sleeping.
