I uploaded a vid on rituals, and here I'd really like to create a dump of rituals folks have created in their lives, having to do with amanita or not, entheogens or spirituality or not. For those who've lost their rituals, it would be nice for them to have plenty to read about and maybe try to incorporate into their lives.

The sun never says to the Earth, "You owe me". Look what happens with a love like that. It lights up the whole sky. ~Sufi

Re: What are your rituals?
Just to underscore what modern life helps us overlook, a number of Asian cultures have tea ceremonies and, despite traveling in Japan many years ago, I was still surprised at just how developed and deep some of these rituals are. Toward the beginning of last year I met Mika Hartikainen at a plant medicine festival - he leads small groups of people through a beautiful and intricate tea ceremony that he studied and learned either in Taiwan or China. He recommended a book called The Way of Tea https://www.amazon.com/Aaron-Fisher/dp/0804840326 Mika and his Tea Fountain facebook page can be found here - https://www.facebook.com/teafountainTF/ https://www.facebook.com/mikaolavi.hartikainen
Smoking tobacco is another overlooked ritual - many people do it but typically just to satisfy a craving. Tobacco has much more potential than that and I highly recommend that smokers accept nothing less than pure, natural cured tobacco. I started smoking an Amazonian tobacco called Mapacho last year and earlier this year I bought a beautiful, gentle organic Mexican tobacco - a little hard to find, even in Mexico but it's so nice to smoke. They only have a small number of distributors but I was able to order when I contacted them via direct message on Instagram. https://www.instagram.com/teapeeteapee/

A cup of tea in the Morning, Milk and Two Sugar's (stirred), also lightning scent sticks to bless My Family and Friend's on the Day, another is to just wake up before Sunrise and celebrate the new Day by going for a walk on the Common, there My Daily Rituals
Re: What are your rituals?
I'm trying to develop the ritual of gratitude, giving thanks every morning to Mother Earth, the Divine, and the Land. I don't always have the time and energy do in depth practices, but this seems to help me start the day with a better mindset.
Singing is also a somewhat-ritualized process for me. If I am doing yard work, I will often try to sing. This is very much for the land as I feel connected with the land and I don't like having to cut things back, mow, and weed wack land that just wants to be forest--and can't be right now! Singing helps me to stay centered and focused, so I don't hurt myself, and it's a way of blessing the land even if I'm cinching in the corsets on it still.
My only Amanita Ritual is before I take my (very small) dose, I pause and say, "Please help me. Please don't hurt me." I had intended to be more ritualistic about it, but that's the only thing I've done consistently.

Before using any psychedelics I always throw the I Ching. Also read the Bhagavad Gita & Upanishads daily. One of my favorite optimistic, beautiful quotes from the Gita is verse 40 in chapter 2:
"On this path effort never goes to waste, and there is no failure. Even a little effort toward spiritual awareness will protect you from the greatest fear."
