While winter foraging I came across a very nice flush of turkey tails. As the title says; how are you using your turkey tails? My understanding is that they can be dehydrated and eaten whole/in powder? Or steeped a loooooooong time into a tea? How much dehydrated mushroom is a general dose?

I’m just starting to study Turkey Tail so I don’t have a wealth of information but it’s my understanding that if you want to reap the most benefits, a dual extraction is the way to go as not all the beneficial compounds are water soluble. Also, dose depends on your needs. I believe for basic immune support, at least 2 grams is recommended.
