Powder form question

I just ordered 30gram/ 1 oz powder form from Lithuania-I have no clue what to do with it once I get it-can anyone please help? 1/4 tsp in a cup of juice or water or do I have to boil the powder or what? I am interested in microdosing only...thank you!
