How long does the tea keep in the fridge before going bad? How can you tell?

Good question - also curious what are others expierience. My piece lasted in the fridge for 1.5 week and it was still good I think - based on color and taste and that I had injested it and nothing happened. I think it could last for 2 weeks or more. I keep it in clean and sterylized before use small container.

Think of it like a broth. If you made a chicken broth and put it in the fridge to keep. I am betting it would last at least a week. You should be able to tell because it will start to smell like it is rotting. Smell it once it is made and once it starts to smell different it has probably gone off.

You can freeze the tea in the freezer compartment. Then it will keep indefinitely.
