Hi, I have a question. Is it really nessecary to use distilled water for simmering amanitas or could I swipe it with tap/mineral water ?

Found the answer myself. In her first video she says to use distilled OR filtered, because you don't want chlorine in your water. The simplest way to get rid of it is to boil for 15 minutes and the chlorine will evaporate

I was wondering the same thing. We're very fortunate to have clean, high quality water that runs off the mountain I can see out my office window. I'll be boiling my tap water before I use it too, just to be sure to get rid of anything I don't need.
