Heavy Metals and Amanita

I get asked a lot, I'm making a video on this. YT doesn't like links to the outside world and I don't want to risk even a mistaken strike so I'm leaving the links to things I mention in the video, here. Thanks to Neelun for the help in researching Vanadium. It seems that the highly toxic Vanadium Pentoxide is rearranged into Amavadin by Amanita, which is far less toxic and possibly a good bioavailable source. I need to do more research on this and hope that there is further research on all this.

Many of the links are invalid - at least, every one that has a "..." in it, and likely a couple others too.

It looks like possibly a copy-and-paste operation, from a source that like these pages renders link text in an abbreviated form. I hope the original still exists, for an easy re-copy. I occasionally need to do this myself; my solution is to "quote" the article as if I were going to reply to it, which gives me the unabridged text in its BB "markup" form. Quote that, and then dismiss the reply. Hokey, but it's the only way I know.
