“Sun dried” then on to 165F?

Post by Tin man » Tue Dec 29, 2020 11:04 pm

Hello all A.M. experts,

If the AM has been “Sun driers” this past fall season.
And they are “Cracker dry” now.

Is it recommended that the the caps go into a dehydrator @ 165F for proper processing?

If yes, how long would that exposure time be recommended for?

Thanks in advance for your help with my questions.
Greatly appreciated TM

if they are cracker dry now there is no point in putting em in to the dehydrator now) you will be just wasting your time and electricity dude :D they are done! eat up ;)
