Hi,
I’ve got a few caps that were cracker dried last autumn. They were triple wrapped in paper towels but they were kept in a ziplock bag. I know that it isn’t safe to store mushrooms in plastic but I’m wondering if the paper barrier made any difference??
I’m actually really curious about how the interaction between mushrooms and plastics works.
