I have not experienced this myself, BUT I can say from my academic studies into religion and alchemy, that there is a lot of talk within those realms of the belief that all of reality (so each of us “individuals”) is actually just a lonely god hallucinating to keep godself occupied/entertained. I can’t say I 1000% believe it, but it sounds like your experience at least is in line with this belief, which is very curious.
