first step with microdosing, questions

Hello everyone, i am new on this forum!
First of all a huge thank you to @amanitadreamer and all of you for all the work done and all the help so share!!
My name is Teddy, I live in Switzerland, I’m 38, I’m an artist.
I speak French, my English is not so great, I have seen almost all the videos of amanita dreamer but in English, I am not sure I have understood everything, that why i ask all this questions here !
With my wife we will start microdosing with a specific purpose: first taking of contact and connection with amanita, and a therapeutic care work intention.
We will follow the protocol of amanita dreamer liquid version for microdosing.
15 gr dry mushrooms (buy from Amanita Muscaria Store) 25 minutes then separate into 4 jars, 3 in the freezer and one in the fridge.
First question: do you only add lemon to the jar in the fridge?
if I understood correctly when adding the lemon the juice lasts less
How long is the juice in the fridge around until the juice turn bad ?
how do you know that the juice is bad ?
Is it not better to add a drop of lemon on the dose juste before taking it ?
Start microdosing with 1/4 teaspoon ? if i understood correctly
How to measure 1/4 teaspoon??
Are you using a syringe? other ...
With the 15 grams of liquid preparation, this is enough for the whole microdosing protocol for a person?? (with 3 taken over three days, then every 3 days, then after every 5 days and 10 days as indicated by amanita dreamer)
For two people do you advise to double and do 30 grams cooking at the same time ?
or 15 grams is enough for 2 people in microdosing for all the protocole ?
or maybe better to make 15 grams for each separately ( so cooking 15 grams and 15 grams in different pot ??
If we ever get to the end of the liquid (so the 4 pots) but we have not finished the microdosing. We go back cooking 15 grams and we have to find out again what our dose is by testing over three consecutive days ?
Have I understood each cooking is going to have a different strength? even if it comes from the same package
Or once we find our dose of microdosing it’s the same, or clos similaire forever?
