Once I clean the caps, I split the stipe and dehydrate. I am wonder the best way to use the stipes? Tea? Tincture? Oil?
Any thoughts.

It seems that in USA stipes are not appreciated, because they have too ittle muscimol and ibutenic acid. Of course, they might have other things, that are important for healing.
