Hi everyone, I've been away from this sacred plant for a good year or so. I picked and dried lots of mushrooms 18 months ago. I went to look at them now and they are soft. I had them in plastic containers that I thought were air tight. They smell good, the same as one lot that are still crispy that were in a preserving jar.
Will they be ok if I re dry them in the dehydrator?
And will they still be potent?
