Making Tincture question :)

Hi!
I was looking at the video of Making Tincture on the Amanita Dreamer website. Im not native english speaking so it was a bit Quick for me to grasp everything.
My questions;
Is it just Making the Tea. Than boil it down a bit more and add alcohol?
What is the proportion Tea/alcohol? What I heard was that the Used 40ml tea and 10ml alcohol?
Is it important to use a Bottle Made of glas for the Tincture?
