He y'all,
I just made my first tea yesterday but really did not like to discard the boiled mushroooms (I did it in the end ). Basically it seems to be used as a delicious mushroom in some countries so normally it should be safe to eat the 15 grams after simmering for 20-30 minutes, as almost all psychoactive compounds should be in the water, right?
Just would feel way better to me to use it as food after simmering rather than treating it as "trash". What do you think/feel?

Re: Discarding amanitas after boiling
Ok for me it worked eating them after simmering for 30 minutes and for me this feels much better as I am honoring everything from Amanita. But make sure to wash them with clean water to be on the safe side.
