How to make 50/50 conversion?

I've noticed a mention that 50/50 ibo acid and muscimol is recommended for micro/macrodosing.

How do I make that precise ibotenic acid conversion from dried caps?

And by the way, what do you do with the stem? How do you use it?

Do you take the microdose in the evening? Like before sleep or 3-4h before sleep?
And when I will macrodose, do I take the macro at the same time as microdose? In the evening?

I would much much appreciate a short reply to these quick questions 🙏

I don’t believe they are precise, it is mentioned as well.

Mine are currently dried on a house fireplace, not sure about the temperature.

I better boil them as long as possible with lemon juice to be sure about the conversion.

I saw people reporting the muscimol make them sleepy, i was hoping it could help me with falling asleep, as I recently have quite annoying pattern of restlessness attacks when trying to sleep.

I am no expert and all around new to all this but here's my idea:

If the purpose of a cold water extraction is to only get the ibotenic acid, then I suppose you simply take one part ibo and one part all-muscimol and voila: you just got a 50/50 conversion.

Thank you everyone for your replies, and eucalyptus, your post made me feel supported.
I tend to view it in general terms of low conversion (raw), medium conversion (heat and/or acid treated), and high conversion (fermented). Once something is found that works just keep doing it the same way :D
Yeah, really like that approach. I think it's best not to be too rigid and perfectionistic about that, because we don't have a laboratory. Rather be playful, curious and exploring, experimenting yourself and listening to the mushroom more and more in the process.
