Drying Amanita - Does conversion happen also below EXACTLY 72 C / 165 F

Hi,
I have a dehydrator which can reach 70 C temperature maximum (in reality I guess a few degrees below, need to measure myself).
Will Ibotenic acid to Muscimol conversion also work with slightly lower temps than 72 C ? Lets say 65 to 69 C?
Edit: how come 72 C (degree Celsius) BTW: 165 F are 73,8889 degree Celsius so: 165 F are ~ 74 C (not 72 C )
