I had my first microdose yesterday, half a teaspoon of tea. I made the tea according to Dreamer's recipe. I felt good after the dose: calm, and mellow. What I missed was the energising effect that Dreamer is talking about.
I fell asleep with no problem but walked up in the middle of the night and was unable to fall back to sleep. I'm exhausted today.
Any advice, please?
Also, what time do you take your dose? I took mine at 8:30 in the evening. Does it work to take a dose in the morning or during the day?
Or is it better to have it in the evening?
