Psychiatric ward after amanita tea

Greetings community!
I've been drinking amanita tea prepared according to amanita dreamer's instructions, with lemon, and it so happened that I was losing consciousness on it and falling to the floor. I was admitted to a psychiatric ward under suspicion of suicidal attempt for a month! Have losses of consciousness been reported after drinking the tea, or is it the fault of my batch, or what else? I did it many times before and nothing like that happened. Please reply if anyone has the knowledge.. I'll never do it again.
