Guys,

I am looking for something to help with long term problems I’m having after stopping benzodiazepines/z-drugs I was prescribed for insomnia.

I’ve been off them for years but I’m left with really debilitating anxiety (which I never had before taking and quitting them) and terrible muscle spasms.

I feel like I’m at the end of my rope here. Does anyone have any experience using amanita to help recover from these horrible drugs?

Hi! I'm sorry you are going trough this hard situation, I think watching some videos of Amanita Dreamer could help you, she also had trouble with benzodiacepines and was able to stop taking them thanks to Amanita ( microdosing)

Was it really only microdosing that allowed her to stop taking benzodiazepines and stop having withdrawals?
