Extracting the toxin of Amanita, do you think it is feasible?

I would like to try this equipment to extract the toxins from Amanita, do you think it will work?
1. Rotary evaporator



2. Short Path Distillation Unit

Very little knowledge in chemistry here,
but I know that the chemicals are water soluble,
and the equipment seems to be good for it,
though you can just boil it in water for that matter, no need for fancy solvents and equipment for that.
