Abstract: Use of gaboxadol and its derivatives (A) as a kinase inhibitor for the treatment of kinase induced diseases. ACTIVITY : Cytostatic; Ophthalmological; Antiangiogenic; Antiarthritic; Antiarteriosclerotic; Antipsoriatic; Dermatological; Endocrine-Gen.; Neuroprotective; Nootropic; Antiparkinsonian; CNS-Gen.; Muscular-Gen.; Vasotropic; Cerebroprotective; Anticonvulsant; Anti-HIV; Tranquilizer. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Kinase inhibitor; Rho-kinase inhibitor. The kinase inhibiting activity of (I) to treat kinase-induced disease was tested using biological assays. The results showed that (I) inhibits the kinase induced disease at 10 mu M.
