I found some fly agarics today....gave them a quick wash ...checked the temp in the oven ( with a thermometer in a ramekin full of water ) ...
it was around 74 - 76
They were quite chunky ...and i only cut them in half ,,,(stalks too )
I put them in the oven ...and they seemed to bleed really fast and quite a bit of juice came out ...then when i took them out after 30/40 min ...they were only half done ....and tasted quite bitter
am i doing something wrong ? should i cut them more ....was it not hot enough ?
